Project Overview
A group-wide Education Management Information System enabling Brightpath Education Group to track enrolment, teacher deployment, infrastructure, and learning outcomes across 900+ schools, 16 regions, and 40 education zones.
The Challenge
Brightpath collected school data through annual paper forms, resulting in datasets that were 12–18 months stale. Data was inconsistent across regions, teacher deployment decisions were made without accurate student-teacher ratio data, and there was no way to track which schools lacked functional toilets, water, or electricity — all critical for group education planning and investment targeting.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack EMIS platform with digital data collection tools for school heads (web and offline-capable mobile app), a group school registry, regional and zone dashboards, automated student-teacher ratio analysis, infrastructure deficit mapping, and a Power BI reporting layer providing group management and investors with real-time monitoring access.
