A digital WASH project tracking and water infrastructure management portal enabling AquaServe to monitor 10,000+ water points, track 340+ active projects, and provide programme and water-access progress reporting.
The Challenge
AquaServe tracked water infrastructure projects through spreadsheets and WhatsApp messages across its service areas. There was no GIS view of where boreholes, treatment plants, and network assets were located, no systematic project progress tracking, and no automated reporting on water-access targets — all jeopardising the company's service commitments.
Our Solution
We delivered a full WASH management platform with a water infrastructure GIS registry (10,000+ points), a project management module tracking 340+ active WASH projects across all service areas, an automated water-access progress dashboard, integration with the water quality monitoring database, a contractor performance tracker, and automated quarterly reports for management and funding partners.
