Project Overview
A pan-African portfolio tracking and reporting platform enabling Continental Capital Partners to manage 340+ active infrastructure investments across 20+ countries, with live disbursement tracking, results monitoring, and investor reporting across its portfolio companies.
The Challenge
Continental Capital’s deal teams across regional offices tracked project progress in Excel and proprietary tools with no interoperability. Disbursement data lived in SAP but was not visible to operational teams. Portfolio-level reporting to the investment committee and limited partners (LPs) required weeks of manual aggregation. There was no live results framework against which investment outcomes were tracked.
Our Solution
We designed and delivered a comprehensive portfolio tracking platform with deep SAP integration (live disbursement data), a results framework module aligned to the firm’s investment mandate, a country portfolio dashboard, a live investment-committee reporting suite (Power BI embedded), a procurement tracking module, and an LP capital ledger. The system serves 800+ staff across regional offices.
