Project Overview
A unified clinical intelligence platform enabling real-time disease surveillance, health-indicator tracking, and outbreak response coordination across Meridian Health Group’s 48 hospitals and clinics.
The Challenge
Meridian’s group medical office had no centralised system to aggregate clinical data from 48 facilities across six countries. Outbreak and case reporting was fragmented across email chains and paper reports, causing critical delays in response. Health-indicator data lived in siloed facility databases with no interoperability or group-wide overview, making it impossible to mount coordinated cross-site responses.
Our Solution
We designed and delivered a full-stack clinical data platform with automated data ingestion from facility systems via HL7 FHIR APIs, an interactive GIS surveillance map, facility-by-facility health-indicator dashboards, an early-warning alert system, and a secure case-reporting module. The platform also benchmarks against international clinical quality standards.
